Pork Chops and Applesauce

Not quite, but “yes” on the pork chops part.

Tonight I made Honey Mustard Coated Pork Chops with Steamed Broccoli tossed in Olive Oil and Parmesan Cheese.

This was the easiest recipe I think I’ve ever cooked. Basically, throw the chops in a pan, coat them with honey mustard, cover with foil and bake. So incredibly easy that I was kicking myself for having Chinese take out two nights in a row.

Lesson Learned: Read the recipe and decide if it’s easy. If so, make it!

Positive Lesson Learned: Pork chops are actually moist and juicy if you bake them.
