No, Tuesday’s are not the official “leftover” day of the week. It’s just that I was too lazy (otherwise known as “busy”) to make the dinner that I was planning on.

I was looking forward to writing my first “real” entry about my kitchen capers. On the upside, Dijon Peppercorn Pork Tenderloin is just as good the second time around.

Tomorrow, I will be cooking…..or ordering pizza. Either way, I’ll be eating pizza. That’s a hint on what I’m supposed to be cooking for tomorrow. BIG hint.
